How to Order
Step One
Browse through our delicious assortment of products offered on the left. Once you have made a decision, click on the "Order Now" button on the specific product page.
Step Two
You will then be taken to the Illustration Gallery. Here you will choose which illustration, or group of illustrations if ordering notecards, you would like printed onto your product. If an illustration is not part of the product you are ordering you will be required to chooose which image/monogram/colour combo/font you would like printed on your product
Step Three
Once you have chosen your illustration(s) you will need to personalized your product. Fill in the necessary information for your product in the boxes available.
It's very simple.
Once you have ordered from us it will be a piece of cake for future orders! If you would just like your first name printed on your product, just let us know. If you have three last names we can print all of them too! We want to deliver your item exactly as you would like it so the sky is the limit.
When ordering INVITATIONS, we will choose the ink colour combinations that will best compliment the illustration you have chosen. We will then send you a complimentary proof just to confirm that you are as happy with it as we are!
Our orders generally ship before 10 business days. We offer three methods of shipping; Regular Canada Post $(7-10 business days-least expensive), Air Mail $$(4-6 business days - faster) or FedEx $$$(1-2 business days - fastest).
Once you become a Paperqueen customer, this will become very easy for you. Our goal is to make your shopping experience fun and make your life a little easier. All of our products come packaged in re-usable organza draw string bags or adorable re-cyclable tiny tins. If you would like us to ship the gift directly to your friend, just let us know. We'll even gift wrap it for you if you'd like us to!
